With a focus on new ideas & innovations in the Bitumen Industry, Omnipotent Industries Limited was established in Mumbai in 2016 to carry on the existing bitumen business of Global Enterprises & it’s Organization. The group has a vast experience & expertise headed by Mr. Prince P. Shah – Founder & Executive Director of Omnipotent Industries Limited & who transitioned Global Enterprises, a proprietary firm into Omnipotent – A Team single headedly looking into all dimensions of Bitumen business with dedicated expertise.

Mr. Prince Shah’s (founder and executive director) personal and professional history can be traced on the same lines having learnt the tricks of trade during his stint at Global Enterprises and other ventures. A management postgraduate, Mr. Shah founded Krushstar Industry Pvt.Ltd, served as a General Manager at TikiTar Industry Baroda Pvt.Ltd. (South India) and a General Plant Manager at Southern Asphalt (Karnataka) before finally setting up Omnipotent Industries, backed by his extensive knowledge of plant and bitumen operations alongwith a well developed clientele network.

Mr. Shah is ably supported by Mr. Punit Popat who is driven by a strong passion to be a successful entrepreneur and is the Director of Omnipotent Industries Limited. A biotechnology engineer from VVP Engineering College, Punit has been associated with distinct successful ventures in the areas of bio-services, engineering education and petrochemical services. Mr. Punit has served as a founding member and an executive director at various startups. With an objective to fast-pace already successful entrepreneurship career, Mr. Punit joined hands with Mr. Prince Shah and Omnipotent in 2017. Since then the team has never looked back and together have scaled many milestones with the help of strong and dedicated passion driven team. A rich professional experience of 10 years in Business and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Punit has an exceptional leadership track record, strong exposure, deep strategic expertise, a unique ability to long-standing client relationships and proven experience of driving transformation. His professional highlights include being awarded as a “Top Candidate Honour” with a cash price of Rs.1 lac as a seed fund towards a promising technology project around ‘Collagen’, by experts for innovativeness in BTP program. He was also an active member of the ‘Biotechnopreneur-12’ program initiated by Department of Science & Technology & supported by MSME Clusters and Government of India. Mr. Punit has also actively participated in many National level conferences at premier Institutions.

Main business of Omnipotent Industries is managing the import and sale of bulk and packaged bitumen, as well as other bituminous materials, across India. Omnipotent Industries provide Bitumen (Asphalt) solutions to traders, importers & manufacturing companies for road constructions & manufacturing usage. The company also imports and supplies high quality Bitumen, Bitumen Emulsions and Special Bituminous Allied Products. In addition, we are also involved in importing and distributing Bitumen at low cost. Today, Omnipotent Industries provides high quality customized solutions for Bitumen and Bituminous products. Over the years, the brand Omnipotent Industries has become Synonymous with Quality, Reliability and Cost Effectiveness. We also lease storage tanks & bulk Bitumen from Mundra & Karwar while Packed drum Bitumen from JNPT, Mumbai, Haldia & Kolkata. Our suppliers operate bitumen storage and handling terminals with a capacity of over 1,50,000 tons from outsides of the India and have a combined experience of more than 19 years in this field.

Having traded 1.2 Lacs MT (with indenting) in business year 2020-21, the company has been able to sell products at market realistic lowest prices with 100% quality material in India. Omnipotent Industries is also the only consultant in India offering end to end project management services right from site identification to plant handover with certifications.

The company witnessed 2 stellar achievements in 2019 and 2020. Mr. Shah had a one-to-one meeting with honourable consulate general of Iran, Mr. A.M. Alikhani in India in 2019. In 2020, Mr. Shah and his team were instrumental in successfully bringing an impact consignment ship of base oil SN 130 total quantity 20,00 MT ship sea Delta at Hazira Port from Pertamina Refinery, Indonesia.
